ONLINE RESERVATION

Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservation form or Booking Details and send it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will reply to all requests within 48 hours.

Booking guarantee with credit card information or fund transfer required after your booking has confirmed from us. This can be done using your credit card by printing a copy of the debit authority, completing your card details, signing the form and faxing it to us at (6082 232008) or fund transfer using www.paybillsmalaysia.com.

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card and Saving Account/Current Account. You will not be charged at the time of making reservation. But we will debit full amount to your credit.

Note: The company has right to change without prior notice.


CONFIRMATION

We will send you a confirmation letter upon payment via e-mail. This confirmation letter can then be presented upon check-in to your host family or our representatives.


CANCELLATION POLICIES

If your plan change or you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as early as possible, so that we can arrange new plans for you.

Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via letter, fax, or e-mail only but they will not be guaranteed.

The following scale of charge will be applied depending on the time when the notification of cancellation is received.

If notification of cancellation is received after sending the confirmed voucher: RM 50-nett will be charged for our service charge fee.
